so_out_of_ideas came up with an idea for a challenge comm not that long ago (one I still need to come up with an entry for *smackfron), now I have an idea... While browsing a forum today, I saw this fic challenge where someone posts five random words which have to be included somewhere in the fic. Such as...
juice
banjo
boat
river
bird
And then, the only requirement is that those five words have to appear in the fic. Example: (a very poor example, but an example nonetheless)
Sam sat in the boat, occasionally taking a sip from a glass of juice. The river shimmered, reflecting rays of bright sunshine. On the opposite side of the boat, Jack plucked at the strings of a banjo, accompanied by a bird singing from a nearby tree...
*cough* Anyway...dear flist, what's your opinion?
